I am linking up again this weekend with Tynga at Tynga's Reviews for Stacking the Shelves and Kimberly at Caffeinated Book Reviewer for Sunday Post to share all of the books I picked up lately, share my posts for the past week, and also share what's coming up soon!

As you can tell I went WAY overboard with the freebies again this week. lol  What else is new?!  I also finally decided to spend my gift card on a few books and picked up lots of books that I'm super excited about.  I've heard great things about all of these, so I can't wait to read them! I'm still trying to keep up with my pile of ARCs, so I'm not sure when I'm actually going to get around to them tho. lol.  Speaking of ARCs, I had A LOT of ARCs to get through this month, so I had to squeeze a lot of reviews into next week's schedule.  I will still be participating in the Top Ten Tuesday post and Waiting of Wednesday as usual, so there will be 2 posts a day on 3 days next week.  Sorry about that!

We've had a lot of storms this week, so the weather changes have being causing some more migraines for me this week.  It's so frustrating!  Because I had some migraine issues, I spent a lot of time curled up in bed with a pillow on my head, so I don't have too many personal things to share on the blog this week. lol!  I didn't really do anything too exciting.  I did schedule a piercing appointment to get a spot on the cartilage of my ear pierced (it's called a "daith" piercing).  Apparently, it's supposed to help with migraines (because of a pressure point, I guess), and I'm pretty desperate so I'm willing to give it a try.  Luckily it's kind of a cute piercing anyway. lol!

    1. So glad to hear that you loved all 3 of those! Yours was one of the reviews that made me break down and buy The Upside of Unrequited. lol! I'm excited about Lucky in Love. Thanks, the migraines have really been a pain in the butt. I want to go out and enjoy the summer but it's been keeping me inside a lot lately. Hope you have a great week too!

    1. I just can't say no to those freebies! They are my weakness. I have a really hard time finding some time to pick them up since I'm constantly buried under ARCs but I still can't help but pick them up. Rainy days are the best days to catch up on some reading

  9. Julie, I am so sad because I did not love Lucky in Love! I thought it was okay overall but disappointing in terms of the romance (which basically was not there). Le sigh. I loooooved P.S. I Like You though. And West's previous books. I liked When Dimple Met Rishi too. Did you see that Menon has a new contemporary novel publishing in 2018? I can't wait. I hope you enjoy all of your new books!

Have a fabulous weekend, Julie. =)

    1. I saw your Goodreads review for Lucky in Love. I'm so sorry you didn't end up enjoying it. It does seem to have mixed reviews so far. Everyone seems to have loved P.S. I Like You though so I definitely had to grab that one. I didn't see that Menon is coming out with another book!! That's so exciting! I haven't read one negative review for Dimple. Thanks so much, Alyssa!

Hope you have a great week too! Happy reading!

  11. No shame in scheduling multiple posts in a day, its better to get it out and posted than to forget about it. This is the first time I'm hearing about piercings that relieve migraines. I hope it works, and you should definitely post a picture when you get the piercing :)
I'm currently reading When Dimple met Rishi and I love it already. Cant wait to see what you think :)

  16. I'm sorry that the weather is causing you hassles. I had such a headache yesterday that I had to just go home to sleep it off and I'm still not sure if I was sick because I had a headache or if I had a headache because I was sick! Luckily I'm okay today!

And I've heard of the piercing! I believe it helps a lot! I hope it helps you too!

    1. Glad to hear that you are doing better today. Every time the weather changes or we have a big storm, it messes with my head really bad.

I'm hoping the piercing helps, but I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much. I feel like I've tried so many things for my migraines already and not much has helped. Frustrating! We'll see how it goes tho!
