My September TBR List

Friday, September 1, 2017

If you've been hanging around my blog for the past month or so you may have noticed that I haven't been getting many new ARCs lately.  I've been trying to catch up on my current ARCs and read more books that I already own.  I own A LOT of really great sounding books but I haven't had time to pick some of them up because they always get pushed aside for the newer books.  My goal for the past two months has been to try to focus on knocking more books off of my backlist/shelves.  A couple weeks ago I posted a survey with 10 books that I own and would like to read, and had you choose what books I'm going to be reading from that stack.  You guys picked some great ones and I put them on my September reading list!  I can't wait to pick them up!  A couple of the others on my list may change a little bit, because I am very much a mood reader. lol!  Out of the 15 titles (we'll see if I can manage that!) I've listed, 9 of them are backlist titles! Whew!  Let's do this!

Here are the results of my survey: Thanks so much for voting!
I was going to pick the top 5 votes, but since the 5th choice is tied, I picked 6.  I can't wait to check these books out!  I'm super excited!

My Tentative TBR List for August:

  1. Oh man. I feel like September is incredibly overwhelming in terms of book releases. I've been working through my September ARCs and I simply have too many. D: The good thing is that I don't have many October ones LOL. I hope you love all of these, Julie! Happy reading!

    Have a great weekend. =)

Your September books look awesome, too! I'm planning on reading Alex, Approximately, They Both Die At The End, and An Enchantment of Ravens really soon, hopefully! I'm excited for all of them.
I hope you end up enjoying P.S I Like You and The Gentleman's Guide. Have a great reading month!

I got to read Truth or Beard already and I enjoyed it, but not quite as much as I expected. I am going to be continuing the series tho because I loved the secondary character that are have their own books now. Thanks, Sam!
